Vegan Protein Powder | 100% Naturally Plant Based

I ordered this as I exercise quite a lot and need help with muscle recovery. I use this about half an hour before bedtime added to warm milk. I have a hand held milk frother and this is a must to get the powder to blend smoothly into the milk. There's a slight difference in the taste of the milk compared to normal, but it's not unpleasant.

I spend most of my days sitting at my desk at work and my back is definitely a weak area for me. I am hoping that this powder will be of benefit, but it's too soon to say at the moment. I do find after exercise my muscles are less achy than they would be without the milk and powder.

I ordered this for my daughter who uses protein powders daily.The tub is smaller than she usually buys so she did think rather expensive and mixed with plant milk it’s rather taste less but as she often adds powder to smoothies or shakes she likes that’s unflavoured.Good mix of ingredients and nice to see vegan protein powder that’s not soy based.Mixes well and like tub for easy storage

As i have 1 shake a day anyway this is a welcome addition to help prevent muscle loss due to my condition (fibromyalgia)

Tried for a couple of days so can't say if it's working yet, but plesent taste (not noticeable when I'm a keto shake)
On its own its slightly peanut buttery flavour (no nuts in it)
Can't complain, tastes good, mixes well goes down easy.

Will update in a month to see if I continue to loose muscle mass over time or not.
