The gel on the pads are not used able after Twice use as all the gel comes of and at the price they are i would like to believe you get more than 2 time from them thanks

Fantastic pads, I use the small ones on my arms and the large on body parts like the legs/back. Stick on well, would recommend .

Great pads, easy to use!

Easy to use stick on pads, decent amount of use out of them for the price. I've been using the Therapy Pad daily so I top these up when I can to make sure I always have some extra if needed.

So far it's worked wonders for my back aches.
