I suffered from frequent headaches, sometimes lasting up to 5 days long. A lot of this was caused by tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back due to bad posture. While my posture is still not perfect (tbf, I'd hardly expect it to be "sorted" in 14 days) but I have noticed a marked decrease in the upper body tension and headaches. I'm not a lover of velcro as I had a previous back corrector that had the straps on the shoulders which was really awkward and they slipped regularly. But this has the velcro strap at the front so easier to put on and it is a much more substantial belt. Ver pleased so far.
