Both posture supports improve posture, reduce slouching and reduce strain on the spine. 

The main differences are in the material of the strap, the sports version is a softer, more breathable material ideal for sporting activities. The backplate is made of a higher impact material, for extra durability whilst performing higher intensity exercises. 

We highly recommend double checking the chest measurement for the best fit possible, use a flexible tape measure and measure around the top of the rib cage to determine the appropriate size.

Junior: 28-32 inches (71 - 81cm)
Small/Medium: 32-36 inches (81 - 91cm)
Large: 36-48 inches (91 - 121cm)

If you are inbetween sizes, go for the larger size for best fit.
